Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

Definitions

“Platform” means the website https://www.skillancy.in and all related services, courses, tools and features operated by Skillancy Private Limited. “User”, “you” and “your” refer to any individual accessing or using the Platform. “Company”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Skillancy Private Limited.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental or legal guardian consent where required) to enrol in any paid program or use account-based features. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Accounts and registration

• You must provide a valid name, email address and phone number at signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

Courses and enrolment

Enrolment in any program is confirmed only after successful payment of the applicable fee. Course content, schedules, instructors and curriculum may be updated at the Company's discretion to maintain quality and relevance.

• Access to course materials is granted to the enrolled individual only and is non-transferable.
• Recorded sessions, where provided, are for personal learning and may not be redistributed.
• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of program requirements as determined by Skillancy.

Payments and pricing

• All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay or other gateways integrated by the Company.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice; the price at the time of enrolment is binding.
• Applicable taxes, where included, are mentioned in the pricing displayed on the Platform.

Refund and cancellation policy

• Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the specific program's refund policy published at the time of enrolment.
• Mock interview bookings are non-refundable once a session is confirmed or attended.
• Requests for refund must be sent to enquiry@skillancy.in within the window stated in the program's policy.
• Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Mock interviews and tools

Mock interview services, compilers and practice tools are provided to support your learning. The Company does not guarantee any interview outcome, placement or employment as a result of using these services.

• Uploaded resumes and documents are used solely for the purpose of the booked session.
• The SQL and Python compilers are provided for practice and should not be used to process sensitive personal data.

User conduct

• You agree not to misuse, hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Platform.
• You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory or misleading.
• Sharing login access or redistributing paid content is prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to remove content and revoke access for violations.

Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, assessments, code, branding, logos and content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Skillancy Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

Third-party services

The Platform integrates third-party services including payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, analytics and AI providers. The Company is not responsible for the practices of such third parties, and their respective terms apply.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skillancy Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
